Our relaxed and friendly environment makes networking to win new business fun and easy, and there's no pressure to attend each month or to offer referrals, plus we have no excessive joining-fees either!
Our networking formula works and you'll not only have the chance to introduce yourself to the entire group of 40 local businesses with a 30-second introduction, but you'll also have the opportunity to have 1-2-1's with people you choose!

Visitors to this group will need to tell us in advance of their breakfast choice. If you have ordered a full English breakfast, your meal will be served when all of the guests have arrived. For those members that wish to have a continental breakfast, the group co-ordinator will direct you to the hotel restaurant where you'll be able to enjoy full access to the continental buffet. Vegetarian and dairy-free breakfasts are available - simply email us your requirements after booking your place online.
Nominated Charity & Raffle
BIG Breakfast Networking in Basingstoke is proud to support St Michael's Hospice. At each meeting there will be a raffle in order to raise money for our nominated charity. Raffle tickets are available at the meeting, so please bring plenty of spare change! Prizes will be available and guests are welcome to bring along prizes for the raffle which will be drawn at the end of the meeting. So far we have raised over £100 for charity!

Q) What is the networking format of the meeting?
BIG Breakfast networking meetings start promptly at 8am, so please arrive 10-15 minutes beforehand to sign in, grab yourself a seat and something to drink – tea, coffee and orange juice is always available at every meeting! There'll also be a BIG Table where you can display your business cards, flyers and leaflets - so please make sure you bring plenty of literature with you!
Over breakfast, each person will have 30-seconds to speak to the room – this is a great way to introduce yourself to everybody and promote your products, services, events or special offers. After the 30-second intros round, you’ll then have time to arrange your 4x4s which are your exclusive four 4-minute meetings with four different members – it’s our equivalent of speed networking! This is a great opportunity to meet and make new connections with future suppliers and customers, and the perfect chance for you to add appointments to your diary.
During each meeting, there’ll be a bite-sized seminar with a special guest speaker, followed by the 1-2-1s. The meeting will then end at 10am, just after you’ve have the chance to win some fantastic prizes with our incredible monthly prize draws and raffle to help raise money for the group’s nominated charity.
Q) What do I need to bring with me?
Visitors and members alike are encouraged to bring with them plenty of business cards and marketing literature to display on the BIG Table. If you are member, please remember to bring your name badge with you so it’s easier to make introductions. Please note that only group organisers, sponsors and the nominated charity are permitted to display a roller banner at our meetings, unless you’ve agreed to do so with the Group Organiser in advance.
Q) Do I need to be a member to attend or can I attend as a regular visitor?
No, you don’t need to be a member to attend our BIG Breakfast networking meetings. We do have membership packages available for businesses, but these are optional. Unlike many other networking organisations, we do not put pressure on attendees to offer referrals, plus we do not charge excessive joining fees either! There are, of course, many benefits of becoming a member of BIG Breakfast, and you can find out more about our membership packages on our website or by speaking to your local Group Organiser.
Q) How can I book and secure my place at the next meeting?
You can secure your place at our upcoming BIG Breakfast networking meetings online via our secure booking form. Although our events are held regularly each month, you will only be able to book up to three or four months in advance. Once you’ve booked and paid online, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation. If you’re new to BIG Breakfast networking, your group organiser may contact you nearer the time of the meeting to introduce themselves and familiarise you with the networking format.
Q) How much does it cost to attend and how can I pay?
Each of our BIG Breakfast networking meetings costs £15.00, including VAT. You will need to complete the online booking form for the meeting to secure your place, as places are limited and issued on a first come, first served basis. Bookings made online will remain provisional until full payment is made online. You can pay using all major debit and credit card including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Once you’ve booked and paid online, you will receive a VAT receipt along with your booking confirmation email.
Please note that we are unfortunately unable to offer any refunds once your place has been booked. We do not offer refunds as we only want people to register if they intend to attend, as spaces are limited to 40 people per meeting.
Q) Can I cancel a booking I've made or get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds once your place has been booked and paid for, so please only book a place if you are able to attend. We do not offer refunds as we only want people to register if they intend to attend, as spaces are limited to 40 people per meeting. We are also unable to transfer your original booking to another meeting or date, so please make sure you are 100% able to attend before registering online. Alternatively, if you are not able to make a meeting you’ve already booked and paid for, you are allowed to send somebody else in your place. Simply contact your local Group Organiser in advance to let them know, so they can make the appropriate changes to the booking.
Q) How can I check which meetings I'm already booked into?
The quickest and easiest way to check which BIG Breakfast meetings you’ve already booked into, is to check your inbox for recent booking confirmation emails. Simply search for “Big Breakfast Networking” in your email inbox to pull up all the emails you’ve received from us, before checking your recent confirmation emails to work out which meetings you’ve already booked into. Alternatively, if you aren’t sure or cannot find a confirmation email for a meeting you believe you’ve booked into, please contact your local Group Organiser or the BIG Breakfast Networking support team. Remember to check your spam or junk inboxes too, as occasionally our emails can end up there!
